1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and unaltered
- All original tags are still attached
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have a receipt or valid proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items — all sale purchases are final
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Worn, used, or altered wigs or hair pieces — for hygiene and safety reasons, any item that shows signs of wear cannot be returned
- Items returned without prior authorization

4. Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@yourhairandwig.com with the following:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging
We will evaluate your case promptly and work to make it right, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
5. How to Start a Return

- Wait for our team to review and approve your return request.
- Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Ship the item back using the label provided.

6. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
- Initiate a return for the unwanted item following the steps above.
- Once your return is approved, place a new separate order for the desired item.
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible without delays.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status via email.
- If approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If not approved: We will notify you of the reason and return the item to you.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

8. Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
