SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following destinations:
- United States (including all 50 states)
- Canada
At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any other international destinations outside of the US and Canada. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM EST
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, and customs processing.
4. Shipping Costs
- United States: Free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
- Canada: Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Please Note: Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applicable to Canadian orders are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping cost.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.
- If your tracking information does not update within 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
- You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
6. Shipping Delays
We make every effort to fulfill orders within the timeframes stated above. However, Your Hair And Wig shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions or operational delays
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- Public holidays or peak season volume
- Customs processing delays (for Canadian orders)
- Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf to provide an update.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed and submitted, we are generally unable to modify or cancel it, as orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.
If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at Info@yourhairandwig.com with your order number. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.

8. Item Not Received
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:
- Check surrounding areas — Check with neighbors, building reception, or any safe drop locations near your address.
- Wait 24 hours — Occasionally carriers mark packages as delivered slightly early. Give it one full business day.
- Contact the carrier — Reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation.
- Contact us — If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the carrier, please reach out to us at Info@yourhairandwig.com and we will do everything we can to assist you.
Please note: Your Hair And Wig is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address. However, we are committed to helping you resolve the situation wherever possible.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your order, but damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt.
- Save all original packaging materials — do not discard them.
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a damage claim.
- Contact us at Info@yourhairandwig.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
We will review your case and work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit depending on the circumstances.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us directly. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated throughout the process.
