Agreement & Scope

Acceptance of Terms & Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Your Hair And Wig, a privately held retail business operating under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with its registered address at 1501 Corporate Dr, Suite 100 #1047, Boynton Beach, Florida 33426. By accessing yourhairandwig.com, creating an account, adding items to your cart, or completing a purchase, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use this website or place any order. Your continued use of the site after any posted revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms apply to all visitors, browsers, and customers who access yourhairandwig.com, regardless of location. We currently accept and fulfil orders shipped to addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom only. International visitors from other countries may browse our website freely; however, we cannot accept or fulfil orders destined for addresses outside these six countries.

Where you are shopping from Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms is intended to, and nothing in these Terms will, limit or exclude any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that applies to your purchase under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country and that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. Where any clause in these Terms would otherwise conflict with such a mandatory right, that clause is read down to the minimum extent necessary to comply, and the remainder of these Terms continues to apply.

These Terms should be read together with our complete policy suite: our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Billing & Payment Policy, and our About Us page. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms prevail unless a specific policy document expressly states otherwise, or unless mandatory local consumer law requires a different outcome.

Account & Eligibility

Eligibility & Account Registration

To place an order or register an account on yourhairandwig.com, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. Creating an account is optional — you may also check out as a guest — but an account allows you to track orders, save your address, and access order history.

Age & Capacity

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your country or state/province/territory if higher, to make a purchase on yourhairandwig.com. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the law of your place of residence.

You must provide a valid shipping address in the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders, or any address outside these six countries.

Account Security & Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, and keep that information updated.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at info@yourhairandwig.com or +1 561-810-0428. Your Hair And Wig is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Account Termination

Your Hair And Wig reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the account information provided is false or misleading; the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or these Terms have been materially violated.

Termination of an account does not cancel any order already confirmed and in process, and does not affect any non-excludable statutory right you hold as a consumer in your country. If a pending order is affected, we will contact you at the email address on file before taking any action on that order.

Products & Orders

Products, Descriptions & Order Formation

Your Hair And Wig sells a curated range of women's hair products — including human hair lace front wigs, HD lace wigs, body wave wigs, deep wave wigs, glueless wigs, synthetic wigs, hair weaves, extensions, clip-ins, hair care formulations (shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, hair oils, serums, heat protectants, styling creams, and hair growth oils), and hair accessories (headscarves, elastic bands, cluster lashes, and related items). All products are described as accurately as possible based on verified supplier specifications.

Fiber & Country-of-Origin Labeling Compliance: All wigs, weaves, and extensions carry explicit disclosures of fiber composition. For US shipments we comply with the FTC Textile and Wool Act Rules (16 C.F.R. Part 303) and the US Textile Fiber Products Identification Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 70–70k). For Canadian shipments we include bilingual fiber content disclosure per the Textile Labelling Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. T-10). For shipments to Ireland and the United Kingdom, fiber content is disclosed in accordance with EU Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011 on textile fibre names and labelling (as retained in UK law post-Brexit). For shipments to Australia, product care and fiber labelling follows the Australian Consumer Law and applicable care-labelling standards; for New Zealand, disclosures follow the Fair Trading Act 1986. We do not label blended-fiber products as "100% human hair" or use trade terms such as "Remy" or "virgin hair" unless we hold verifiable supplier documentation confirming those classifications.

Order Formation: Placing an item in your cart and clicking "Check Out" initiates your order. An order is not confirmed until you receive an Order Confirmation email from us — this is the moment a binding purchase contract is formed between you and Your Hair And Wig. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to shipment if a product is found to be out of stock, if a pricing error has occurred, or if fraud or policy abuse is suspected.

Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. In the event a confirmed item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to arrange a full refund, an equal-or-greater-value substitute, or a backorder at your preference. We never charge you for items we cannot fulfil.

Product Accuracy Standards
  • Product colors shown on screen may vary slightly due to monitor calibration, photography lighting, and display technology differences
  • Wig measurements, density percentages, cap construction details, and lace dimensions are provided in good faith based on supplier data
  • Cosmetic hair care formulations comply with FDA cosmetic regulations (21 C.F.R. Part 720), Health Canada's Cosmetic Regulations (SOR/2016-121), the UK/EU Cosmetic Products Regulation as applicable, and the Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS) and NZ Cosmetic Products Group Standard where relevant
  • All accessory products, including headscarves and styling tools, meet applicable consumer product safety standards in the destination country
  • Customer reviews published on our site reflect genuine buyer experiences; we do not fabricate reviews or suppress authentic negative feedback

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at info@yourhairandwig.com or +1 561-810-0428. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled through this mechanism, but customers in Ireland and the United Kingdom retain a separate statutory right of withdrawal described in Section 6 below. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing, Payment Methods, Taxes & Promotional Offers

All pricing, payment, and promotional practices on yourhairandwig.com comply with the FTC Act (15 U.S.C. § 45) and FTC Pricing Guides (16 C.F.R. § 233) for US customers, Canada's Competition Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-34), the UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC) as applied in Ireland, sections 18 and 29 of the Australian Consumer Law (misleading conduct and false representations), and New Zealand's Fair Trading Act 1986. Full details of accepted payment methods, billing cycles, and charge policies are available in our Billing & Payment Policy.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued outside the United States (including in Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom), your card issuer will convert the USD charge to your local currency at its own exchange rate and may apply a foreign transaction fee — this fee is set by your card issuer or bank, not by Your Hair And Wig, and is disclosed here for transparency. The price charged for any item is the price displayed on the product page at checkout, as confirmed in your Order Confirmation email.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system fault, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly by email and will never charge the erroneous price without your express consent to reconfirm the order at the corrected amount.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through Shopify Payments and integrated gateway partners: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and USDC (digital currency via Coinbase Commerce). All transactions are processed in USD at the time of order, regardless of your shipping destination.

Your payment card is authorized at the time of order placement and captured upon order confirmation. We do not store, access, or process full card numbers on our own servers. All card data is handled exclusively within our payment processor's PCI DSS Level 1 certified environment.

Taxes, Duties & Import Charges

United States: Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping state. Canada: GST, HST, or PST is calculated at checkout; any customs duties assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) on receipt are the customer's responsibility. Australia: Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any Australian Border Force import processing charges on shipments above the low-value threshold are the customer's responsibility unless collected at checkout. Ireland & United Kingdom: Import VAT, customs duty, and any HMRC (UK) or Irish Revenue handling charges are the customer's responsibility unless VAT is shown as collected at checkout; parcels are shipped on a Delivered-at-Place (DAP) basis, meaning these charges are payable to the carrier on arrival. New Zealand: GST and any Customs charges assessed by the New Zealand Customs Service are the customer's responsibility. None of these charges are included in our product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Promotions: Any sale price displayed alongside a reference price reflects a price at which the product was genuinely offered for a meaningful period, in compliance with FTC Pricing Guides, Canada's Competition Act, the UK/Ireland unfair trading rules referenced above, and the Australian and New Zealand fair trading regimes. We do not use manufactured discount pricing, reset countdown timers, or deceptive "compare at" values.

Discount Codes & Promotional Offers

Discount codes and promotional offers are issued at our sole discretion, are valid for one-time use per customer unless otherwise stated, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted at the time of issue. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer in the event of abuse, technical error, or changes in our pricing strategy. Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.

Delivery Terms

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Your Hair And Wig ships to addresses within the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to US territories, P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders, or any address outside these six countries. Full carrier information, handling timeframes, and delivery estimates by country are published in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, Monday through Saturday, excluding US federal holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time, which is longer for international destinations (Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom) than for domestic US and Canadian shipments. For orders placed on Sundays or during holidays, processing begins the next business day.

Risk of Loss: For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law. For orders shipped to Ireland and the United Kingdom, risk of loss remains with Your Hair And Wig until the goods are delivered into your physical possession or that of a person you have nominated to receive them, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and the equivalent Irish/EU consumer contract rules — this is a mandatory consumer protection and is not affected by any other term of these Terms. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@yourhairandwig.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate and, where warranted, reship or refund your order.

Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather events, carrier capacity, customs clearance, or events outside our reasonable control do not entitle the customer to cancellation or refund unless the delay exceeds a commercially unreasonable period — except that UK and Irish customers always retain the statutory right to cancel for non-delivery within a reasonable additional period as described in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and equivalent Irish law.

Shipping at a Glance
  • Ships to: United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand & United Kingdom
  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days after confirmation
  • Tracking: Tracking number emailed upon shipment. Track at Order Tracking
  • International Duties: Import duties, VAT, or GST levied by CBSA (Canada), Australian Border Force, HMRC/Irish Revenue, or NZ Customs are the customer's responsibility and are not included in product prices
  • FTC Mail Order Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435): We notify customers of shipping delays that exceed the time promised and provide cancellation options where required by law

Address Accuracy Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout, including correct postcode/ZIP/Eircode and country. Your Hair And Wig is not liable for non-delivery, re-routing fees, or package loss resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Returns, Refunds & Withdrawal Rights

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Our full return eligibility rules, timelines, and refund processing details are published in our dedicated Refund & Return Policy. The following is a summary of our key commitments, including the additional statutory cancellation right that applies to customers in Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within the period specified in our Refund Policy, provided they are unused, unworn, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, the following categories are final sale and non-returnable once their hygiene seal is broken or the product has been worn or used: opened hair care products, wigs or hair extensions that have been worn, styled, cut, colored, or washed, and cluster lash products removed from original packaging.

Items returned with evidence of wear, styling, chemical treatment, or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. This hygiene exclusion is a recognised exception under UK, Irish, and general consumer law for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds by a different payment method without your explicit consent. Refund timelines after our approval are as follows: credit/debit cards — 5–10 business days (bank processing time may vary, and international refunds may take longer to appear); PayPal — 3–5 business days; Shop Pay / digital wallets — 3–7 business days.

Refund processing for US customers complies with the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA, 15 U.S.C. § 1693). If your refund has not appeared within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please contact your payment provider first, then reach out to us at info@yourhairandwig.com.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us at info@yourhairandwig.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

We never require customers to bear the cost of returning a genuinely defective or incorrectly shipped item. Your statutory rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (US), applicable Canadian provincial statutes, the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) / Irish consumer contract law are fully preserved regardless of anything in our returns policy.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Ireland & United Kingdom customers)

If you are shopping as a consumer from Ireland or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order for any reason, without needing to give a reason, within 14 calendar days of the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods. This right exists under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Ireland by S.I. No. 484 of 2013, and it applies in addition to — not instead of — our standard returns policy above.

To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day window by emailing info@yourhairandwig.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel (a returns form or model cancellation letter is not required, but is available on request). You must then return the goods to us without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Unless we offer to collect the goods ourselves, you will bear the direct cost of returning them.

Once we receive the returned goods (or evidence that you have sent them), we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days — using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

Exceptions: Consistent with the Regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery — this includes wigs, hair extensions, and clip-ins once removed from their protective/hygiene packaging, and hair care or cosmetic products once opened. Where an exception applies, the goods must be described as final sale at the point of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return: Contact our team at info@yourhairandwig.com or call +1 561-810-0428 with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship any item back to us without first receiving a Return Authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. For full details including exchange eligibility, see our Refund & Return Policy.

By accessing yourhairandwig.com, you agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and the applicable law of the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. The following uses are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, order cancellation, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

You must not: (a) use the site for any fraudulent purpose, including placing orders with stolen payment credentials or engaging in chargeback fraud; (b) attempt to access restricted portions of our system, database, or backend without authorization; (c) use any automated scraping tool, bot, crawler, or data mining technology to extract product data, pricing, or content from this site without our prior written consent; (d) submit false or misleading order information, shipping addresses, or contact details; (e) impersonate another customer, employee, or third party; (f) engage in any conduct that disrupts, overloads, or interferes with the technical functioning of yourhairandwig.com or Shopify's infrastructure; or (g) purchase products for resale under a commercial reseller arrangement without entering into a separate wholesale agreement with Your Hair And Wig.

All products sold on yourhairandwig.com are intended for personal, end-consumer use only. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer or household and to cancel orders that we reasonably believe are being placed for unauthorized commercial resale.

Chargeback & Fraud Policy

Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was delivered as described, or using our return policy in bad faith (e.g. returning used or altered hair products, claiming non-delivery when tracking confirms delivery), constitutes fraud and may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension with no further order privileges
  • Submission of dispute evidence to your card issuer including tracking records, delivery confirmation, and order history
  • Reporting to relevant consumer protection agencies or law enforcement where fraud thresholds are met

Warranty & Liability Disclosure

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The following disclosures are made in good faith and in compliance with applicable consumer law in every country we serve. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived by law are expressly preserved and are not affected by anything in this section.

Website "As Is" Disclaimer

yourhairandwig.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement — to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, though we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain security and uptime via Shopify's platform infrastructure.

Hair Product Use Disclaimer

Hair care products, chemical treatments, styling tools, hair growth oils, and scalp formulations are sold for personal consumer use only, in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Your Hair And Wig is not liable for any adverse reaction, allergic response, injury, or damage resulting from misuse, non-compliance with product instructions, or use by persons with known sensitivities to disclosed ingredients.

We strongly recommend conducting a patch test before applying any new cosmetic formulation to the scalp or skin, particularly for individuals with known allergies or chemical sensitivities. Review all ingredient disclosures on product listings and packaging before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your Hair And Wig's total liability for any claim arising from a transaction on yourhairandwig.com — whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory — shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product or products giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, except where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of your country.

Non-excludable guarantees preserved: For Australian customers, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, and no term purports to do so beyond what section 64A of the ACL permits for goods not ordinarily acquired for personal use. For New Zealand customers, nothing in these Terms contracts out of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where the law does not permit us to do so. For UK and Irish customers, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent Irish/EU consumer contract law. All statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract under applicable US or Canadian law are likewise expressly preserved.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Hair And Wig and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of yourhairandwig.com in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) any false, inaccurate, or misleading information you provide in connection with an order; or (d) any claim by a third party arising from content you submit to our site.

This indemnification provision does not apply to the extent that any claim arises from Your Hair And Wig's own negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of applicable law. Your rights as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection legislation in the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom are not affected by this provision, and this provision is not intended to and does not exclude or restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Platform & Partners

Third-Party Services & External Links

Our website operates with the support of trusted third-party technology providers. We believe in full transparency about who powers our store and how external services interact with your experience.

Shopify Inc. — E-Commerce Platform

This website is built on and operated through Shopify Inc. (150 Elgin Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada). Shopify provides our checkout, payment processing, order management infrastructure, SSL security, and hosting. Data processing by Shopify is governed by Shopify's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Your Hair And Wig retains full and exclusive responsibility for all product quality, customer service, fulfillment, and the consumer-facing policies on this website across every country we serve. Shopify is not liable for any product claim, fulfillment failure, or customer service matter that is Your Hair And Wig's responsibility.

Payment Processors & Financial Security

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and integrated gateways including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. These processors operate under their own terms and maintain PCI DSS Level 1 compliance — the highest available security certification for payment card processing.

Your Hair And Wig does not store, access, or process full payment card numbers at any stage of the transaction. All card data is captured and retained exclusively within our payment processor's certified environment. All transactions are encrypted using TLS technology.

Advertising Partners & Third-Party Links

We advertise our products through Google Shopping / Google Merchant Center and comparable advertising platforms. Your Hair And Wig does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website accessible through our site. We encourage you to review the privacy policy and terms of any third-party website before providing personal information through that site.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Procedures

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Because these Terms cover six countries, the governing law and dispute resolution route depends on where you are shopping from. In every case, any mandatory consumer protection of your country that cannot be displaced by agreement continues to apply, regardless of anything below.

Base Governing Law: Except where a different law is mandatorily applicable to you as described below, these Terms and all purchase transactions on yourhairandwig.com are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal claim or dispute not otherwise subject to mandatory local jurisdiction is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, USA.

United States

Florida law governs; courts of Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your state's mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. US customers may pursue unresolved claims through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction.

Canada

The laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal Canadian law govern disputes to the extent mandatory Canadian consumer protection requirements apply. Canadian customers retain all statutory rights under applicable federal and provincial consumer law and may pursue resolution through applicable provincial consumer protection agencies or courts.

Australia

Nothing in these Terms excludes the application of the Australian Consumer Law to your purchase where the ACL applies as a matter of Australian law. Australian customers may raise unresolved complaints with the ACCC, their state or territory fair trading office, or a state consumer tribunal (e.g. NCAT, VCAT, QCAT).

Ireland

If you are a consumer habitually resident in Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the Irish courts, and mandatory Irish and EU consumer protection law applies regardless of the base governing law clause above. Irish customers may contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) or a national consumer dispute resolution body — the EU's central Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued by the European Commission on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

New Zealand

Nothing in these Terms contracts out of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where New Zealand law applies to your purchase. New Zealand customers may escalate unresolved complaints to the Commerce Commission or file a claim with the Disputes Tribunal for claims up to the applicable monetary limit.

United Kingdom

If you are a consumer resident in the UK, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, whichever corresponds to your place of residence, and mandatory UK consumer protection law applies regardless of the base governing law clause above. UK customers may contact their local Trading Standards service or a CTSI-approved alternative dispute resolution provider.

Class Action Waiver (US Customers Only): To the extent permitted by applicable law, US customers agree to resolve disputes with Your Hair And Wig on an individual basis and waive the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or class-wide arbitration proceeding. This waiver applies only to US customers, does not apply where prohibited by US state or federal law, and does not apply to, and is not intended to restrict any right of, customers in Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom, where such a waiver would be unenforceable under local consumer protection or unfair-terms legislation.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Billing & Payment Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Your Hair And Wig with respect to your use of yourhairandwig.com and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter — except that nothing in this clause overrides any mandatory statutory right you hold in your country of residence.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Talk to us first: We encourage all customers to contact us directly before initiating any formal dispute or legal proceeding. Email info@yourhairandwig.com or call +1 561-810-0428 with your order number and a full description of your concern. We commit to responding within 3–5 business days with a proposed resolution, and to escalating to senior review within a further 3 business days if the matter is not resolved. Most concerns are resolved quickly and fairly through our customer service team, and this does not affect your right to use any of the formal channels listed above at any time.

Digital Communications

Electronic Communications & Marketing Consent

By placing an order or creating an account on yourhairandwig.com, you consent to receiving transactional electronic communications from Your Hair And Wig related to your account, orders, shipping, and customer service. These transactional messages are sent regardless of your marketing preferences as they are necessary to fulfill our obligations to you.

Marketing Communications: Promotional emails, new arrival announcements, and exclusive offers are sent only with your explicit opt-in consent. You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing message, or by contacting us at info@yourhairandwig.com. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days.

Canada (CASL): All commercial electronic messages sent to Canadian addresses comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (S.C. 2010, c. 23), identify our business, include our mailing address, and contain a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.

United Kingdom & Ireland (PECR / ePrivacy): Marketing messages sent to UK addresses comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the UK GDPR; messages sent to Irish and EU addresses comply with the ePrivacy rules implemented under Irish law and the GDPR. We do not send marketing emails or SMS to UK or Irish addresses without valid consent, and every message includes our business identity and a working unsubscribe option.

Australia (Spam Act) & New Zealand (UEMA): Commercial electronic messages sent to Australian addresses comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and messages sent to New Zealand addresses comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. Both require consent, sender identification, and a functional unsubscribe facility, which we provide in every marketing message.

Policy Maintenance

Modifications to These Terms of Service

Your Hair And Wig reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in applicable law in any of the countries we serve, updates to our business operations, shipping destinations, or product catalog, modifications to our payment or shipping arrangements, or amendments required by Shopify's or Google Merchant Center's platform policies.

The Last Updated and Effective date shown at the top and bottom of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. When we make material changes that significantly affect your legal rights — such as changes to our refund terms, shipping destinations, governing law, or data handling practices — we will endeavor to notify you by email prior to the change taking effect, provided you have an active account or a recent unfulfilled order.

For non-material updates — such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or minor additions — we will update the effective date without individual notification. We encourage all customers to review these Terms periodically, particularly before placing a new order.

Your continued use of yourhairandwig.com after any posted update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law. If you disagree with any change, you may discontinue use of our website and contact us at info@yourhairandwig.com to resolve any outstanding orders or concerns. No change to these Terms reduces any statutory right you already hold in respect of an order placed before that change took effect.
