Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, Monday through Saturday, excluding US federal holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. For orders placed on Sundays or during holidays, processing begins the next business day.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for all products purchased from yourhairandwig.com passes to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided at checkout. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@yourhairandwig.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate and, where warranted, reship or refund your order.

Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather events, carrier capacity, customs processing (for Canadian shipments), or events outside our reasonable control do not entitle the customer to cancellation or refund unless the delay exceeds a commercially unreasonable period.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within the period specified in our Refund Policy, provided they are unused, unworn, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, the following categories are final sale and non-returnable: opened hair care products, wigs or hair extensions that have been worn, styled, cut, colored, or washed, and cluster lash products removed from original packaging.

Refund Processing
