What This Policy Covers & Why It Exists

Your Hair And Wig ("we," "our," or "the Company") operates an online retail store at yourhairandwig.com, selling wigs, lace front wigs, hair extensions, weaves, hair care products, hair accessories, and beauty tools to customers in the United States and Canada. We are incorporated and registered in Boynton Beach, Florida.

This Limitation of Liability Policy explains, in clear and honest terms, the boundaries of our legal responsibility when something goes wrong — whether related to a product's physical performance, shipping, your use of our website, or a third-party service involved in your order. It also tells you exactly which of your consumer rights we cannot legally limit, regardless of what this policy says.

Reading this page in full before placing an order is strongly encouraged. If you have questions, contact us at info@yourhairandwig.com or call +1 (561) 810-0428 during business hours before completing your purchase.

Agreement to These Terms

By completing a purchase on yourhairandwig.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Limitation of Liability Policy as part of our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.

Rights We Cannot Take Away

Nothing in this policy removes or limits rights granted to you by mandatory law. These include but are not limited to:

  • USA: Rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, FTC consumer protection regulations, and applicable state consumer protection laws.
  • Canada: Rights under the Competition Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-34), provincial consumer protection legislation, and the Sale of Goods Acts of each province.
  • Both: Rights arising from our own published Return & Refund Policy remain fully enforceable.

Important Disclaimer on Legal Advice

This policy is written to be transparent and consumer-friendly. It is not a substitute for legal advice. If you have a legal dispute, we encourage you to consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction. Contact us first at info@yourhairandwig.com — most issues can be resolved quickly without legal proceedings.

Product Categories & Liability Scope

This Limitation of Liability Policy applies to every product category sold on yourhairandwig.com. Below is a clear breakdown of what is covered and how liability is managed for each type.

Wigs & Lace Front Wigs

This includes human hair wigs, synthetic wigs, HD lace wigs, lace front wigs, glueless wigs, and all related cap constructions (13x4, 13x6, 4x4). Our liability is limited to the product's verified material composition and construction quality as described in the product listing at the time of purchase. We are not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivity to lace or adhesives, hair texture changes caused by improper maintenance, or fit-related issues arising from failure to measure correctly using our published size guides. All human hair wig listings specify the origin and grade of hair; we are liable if the delivered product materially differs from that specification. Synthetic fiber listings clearly state "synthetic" — we are not liable for customer expectation gaps when the listing was accurate.

Hair Extensions & Weaves

Clip-in extensions, sew-in weaves, tape-in extensions, I-tip, and U-tip extensions sold on our store are cosmetic hair additions. Our liability covers the stated hair type, weight (in grams or bundles), color accuracy, and length tolerance (±1 inch of advertised length is considered within acceptable manufacturing variance). We are not liable for damage to your natural hair caused by improper installation or removal by a third-party stylist, or from extensions being installed using products or techniques not specified in our care instructions. Clients are strongly advised to consult a licensed cosmetologist for installation. Fiber integrity is covered under our Return Policy for manufacturing defects within 30 days.

Hair Care Products

Shampoos, conditioners, leave-in conditioners, hair masks, hair oils (including coconut oil, batana oil, argan oil, and growth oils), hair gels, mousses, clay, heat protectant sprays, styling creams, waxes, and serums sold on our store are cosmetic products regulated by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) and by Health Canada under the Food and Drugs Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. F-27). These are cosmetics — not drugs — and we make no medical or therapeutic claims about them. Our liability for these products covers only verified manufacturing defects, contaminated product, or substantial deviation from the labeled ingredient list. We are not liable for individual reactions to standard cosmetic ingredients; customers with known sensitivities are responsible for performing a patch test before full use. In the event of an adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately.

Hair Accessories & Tools

Headbands, headscarves, hair bands, elastic ties, scrunchies, hair pins, barrettes, and styling tools sold through our store are general consumer goods. We are liable for physical defects that make the product unsafe or nonfunctional upon arrival. We are not liable for accessory breakage caused by normal wear and tear, excessive force during use, exposure to water or heat beyond what the product is rated for, or use on hair types not recommended by the product description. For heat-based styling tools (e.g., curling wands, flat irons), we are not liable for heat damage to hair or skin caused by failure to follow temperature guidelines clearly stated in the product listing and care instructions provided.

Eyelash Extensions & Cluster Lashes

Cluster lashes, strip lashes, and lash extension rows sold on our site are cosmetic accessories for decorative eye use. We are not liable for eye irritation, allergic response to lash glue (which is sold or used by the customer separately), or damage caused by improper application near the eye area. Product listings clearly indicate whether lash glue is or is not included. Customers are responsible for selecting and testing lash adhesive compatibility with their skin and eye type before use. Any medical concern related to eye use should be directed to a licensed ophthalmologist or medical professional. We do not provide application instructions for medical or clinical use.

Digital Gift Cards & Promotions

Any gift card or promotional discount code issued by Your Hair And Wig is a store credit instrument. We are not liable for gift cards lost, stolen, or used without the original recipient's authorization after delivery. Promotional codes have stated terms and conditions attached at the time of issuance; we are not liable for codes that expire, were applied outside their valid scope, or were invalidated due to suspected misuse. Gift cards have no cash value and are governed by our Terms of Service at yourhairandwig.com/policies/terms-of-service.

Exclusion of Implied & Express Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United States and Canada, Your Hair And Wig provides its products on an "as described" basis. We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability, implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranty of title or non-infringement — except where such warranties cannot lawfully be excluded.

What "As Described" Means for Our Products

When you purchase a product from us, we warrant that the physical product will materially match its published description, including hair type (human or synthetic), color, length, weight, and cap construction type. We do not warrant that:

  • The product will achieve a particular cosmetic result on your specific hair or scalp type.
  • Hair care products will produce the same results for all customers, as individual biology, hair type, and existing chemical treatments vary significantly.
  • A synthetic wig will behave like human hair, or that a human hair wig will maintain its factory texture without proper care and maintenance.
  • Color shades displayed on screen will be a pixel-perfect match to physical product color due to monitor calibration differences between devices.

USA — Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act

Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.), where we provide a written warranty on a product, that warranty is binding. Our published product descriptions constitute a "full warranty" as defined by the Act for the specific attributes described. Nothing in this section limits rights granted to you under this federal statute.

Canadian Consumer Warranty Rights

Canadian consumer protection legislation in each province implies certain terms into contracts for the sale of goods that cannot be excluded. These include the Sale of Goods Act (Ontario), Sale of Goods Act (British Columbia), and equivalent provincial statutes, which imply that goods sold must be of merchantable quality, fit for their ordinary purpose, and correspond to their description. Our warranty exclusions do not override these implied terms for Canadian customers. Specifically:

  • Products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed are covered under provincial Sale of Goods Acts.
  • Ontario consumers also benefit from the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, c. 30, Sched. A, which provides additional protections for online sales.
  • The Competition Act prohibits deceptive representations and misleading product descriptions — we adhere strictly to accurate product listing practices.

Color Representation Notice

Product photographs on our website are taken under controlled lighting with professional equipment. Actual product color may vary slightly depending on your device's screen settings, ambient lighting when you inspect the product, and photographic conditions. A slight variation in shade that does not materially alter the described color is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return under our refund policy. Significant color deviation from the advertised description — for example, receiving a natural black wig when you ordered a honey blonde — is fully covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

Maximum Liability Cap & Remedy Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total financial liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchase or your use of our website is expressly limited as described below.

Our Maximum Monetary Liability

In no event shall Your Hair And Wig's total cumulative liability to you — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory — exceed the greater of:

  • The Actual Purchase Price Paid

The total amount you paid for the specific product(s) that gave rise to the claim, as recorded in your order confirmation, not including any taxes or shipping charges separately paid.

  • Fifty US Dollars ($50.00 USD)

In cases where the purchase price of the affected product is less than $50.00, our minimum liability threshold is $50.00 USD (or its Canadian dollar equivalent at the time of resolution), provided the claim is valid and substantiated.

Exclusion of Consequential Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Hair And Wig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business opportunity, emotional distress, loss of goodwill, or cost of substitute goods — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion applies regardless of whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Liability Cap Reference Table

Claim Type Our Maximum Exposure Status
Defective or misdescribed product Full product purchase price (refund or replacement) Covered
Shipping delay (carrier error) Shipping fee refund only; no item replacement Limited
Lost package (carrier responsible) Covered per our Shipping Policy Covered
Cosmetic reaction (product used as directed) No liability; consult physician Excluded

Website errors, pricing display bugs Order cancellation at original price Limited
Third-party carrier damage during transit Claim filed on your behalf; Refund Policy applies Covered
Consequential or indirect losses No liability (see Exclusion of Consequential Damages) Excluded

Note: "Covered" status is subject to our Return & Refund Policy terms and requires the customer to initiate a claim within the applicable return window. "Limited" means partial relief applies. "Excluded" means we have no legal obligation under this policy; however, statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law still apply.

No Medical or Professional Advice

No content, description, product listing, or customer service communication from Your Hair And Wig constitutes medical, dermatological, trichological, or professional cosmetology advice.

Shipping, Delivery & Transit Liability

Your Hair And Wig ships orders to the United States and Canada only. Once a package is handed to our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier, legal responsibility for transit is subject to the limitations below. Our full shipping terms are published at yourhairandwig.com/policies/shipping-policy.

  • Carrier-Caused Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or any other third-party carrier), including delays due to weather, customs clearance (for Canadian orders), carrier operational issues, or address verification holds. Estimated delivery windows are carrier commitments, not guarantees, and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks a shipment as "delivered" but you have not received it, you must notify us within 5 business days by contacting info@yourhairandwig.com. We will initiate a carrier investigation. If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit (not delivered), we will either reship or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. We are not liable for packages stolen from delivery locations after a confirmed carrier delivery scan.

  • Incorrect Delivery Address

We fulfill orders exactly as submitted. If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided at checkout, we are not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender. Address correction requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement by contacting info@yourhairandwig.com. After that window, the address has likely been submitted to the carrier and cannot be changed without carrier fees, which the customer is responsible for.

  • Canadian Customs & Import Duties

International shipments to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) under the Customs Tariff (S.C. 1997, c. 36). These charges are the sole responsibility of the Canadian customer. We are not liable for customs delays, seizures at the border due to carrier documentation errors beyond our control, or costs incurred during customs clearance. Estimated duties are not included in our checkout price. Customers are encouraged to check CBSA's duty calculator at cbsa-asfc.gc.ca prior to ordering.

  • Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, photograph the damage immediately (both packaging and product), retain all packaging materials, and notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@yourhairandwig.com. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund. We are not liable for damage claims reported beyond 48 hours of delivery, as carriers may reject such claims.

Track Your Shipment

All orders receive tracking information via email once fulfilled. You can also track your order directly on our website:

Track My Order

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after the estimated dispatch date, contact us immediately at info@yourhairandwig.com.

Force Majeure — Shipping Disruptions

We are not liable for shipping failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government-mandated carrier shutdowns, port strikes, postal service disruptions, civil unrest, wildfires, severe weather, or any other event that constitutes a force majeure under applicable law. In such cases, we will communicate proactively with affected customers and offer either a delayed shipment or order cancellation with a full refund at the customer's election. See the Force Majeure section below for full details.

Quick Shipping Claim Checklist

  • Check your tracking link for current carrier status
  • Confirm delivery address in your order confirmation email
  • Photograph damaged packaging and product before discarding
  • Contact us within 48 hrs of delivery for damage, 5 days for non-delivery

Third-Party Products, Links & Services

Our store integrates with or links to third-party services that operate independently of Your Hair And Wig. Our liability for these services is strictly limited.

Payment Processors

Payments on yourhairandwig.com are processed through Shopify Payments and integrated third-party gateways including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and Shop Pay. These processors operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service. We do not store your full card number or payment credentials on our servers. We are not liable for data breaches, unauthorized charges, or payment disputes that originate within the payment processor's systems. For billing disputes, refer to our Billing & Payment Policy and contact your bank or card issuer directly.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via third-party carriers including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post. Once your order is dispatched and a tracking number is generated, the package is in the custody of the carrier. Each carrier operates under its own terms of service and liability limitations. For lost, stolen, or damaged packages, while we will advocate on your behalf, ultimate carrier liability is governed by the carrier's tariff and the limits set out in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (Title 39) for USPS and equivalent Canadian regulations for Canada Post. We do not guarantee carrier performance or enforce carrier contracts on your behalf beyond initiating formal claims.

Product Manufacturers & Suppliers

Some products sold on our platform are sourced from third-party manufacturers and brand suppliers. While we vet all suppliers for product safety compliance and require accurate ingredient and material disclosures, we are not the original manufacturer. Manufacturer defects that were not reasonably discoverable by us at the time of listing are subject to our standard defect return process — we will process the refund or replacement and seek remedy from the manufacturer separately. Customers should not need to contact manufacturers directly; all warranty and defect claims are handled through Your Hair And Wig at info@yourhairandwig.com.

External Links & Social Media

Our website and communications may contain links to external websites, social media pages, or YouTube video content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, privacy practices, availability, or content of any external site. Following an external link is at your own risk. Our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) are platforms operated by Meta Platforms Inc., Google LLC (Alphabet), and ByteDance Ltd. respectively — each governed by their own terms of service. We are not liable for content policies, account restrictions, data practices, or technical issues on these third-party platforms.

Shopify Platform

Your Hair And Wig operates on the Shopify e-commerce platform, provided by Shopify Inc. (Ottawa, Ontario, Canada). Shopify's platform, checkout system, payment processing infrastructure, and hosting services are subject to Shopify's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not liable for platform outages, checkout errors, account access disruptions, or data incidents that originate within Shopify's infrastructure. In the event of a Shopify-related incident affecting your order, we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible and communicate the status. During any platform downtime, contact us directly at info@yourhairandwig.com.

Reviews & User-Generated Content

Product reviews and ratings displayed on our website are submitted by customers and reflect individual experiences. We do not endorse, verify, or take legal responsibility for the content of customer reviews. Reviews do not constitute professional advice and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes. We moderate reviews for spam and prohibited content but cannot guarantee the accuracy of claims made in reviews. Product performance described in a review may not reflect the performance you experience due to differences in hair type, usage method, and individual factors.

Website Accuracy, Availability & Digital Liability

While we make every effort to keep yourhairandwig.com accurate, up-to-date, and fully functional, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. The following limitations apply to your use of our website:

  • Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, software glitch, or data feed error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the erroneous price before fulfillment. We will provide a full refund immediately and notify the customer. We are not liable for expectation losses from pricing errors that are caught and corrected before shipment. Once an order has shipped, the price is locked in and honored.

  • Stock & Inventory Accuracy

Our inventory system updates in real time, but in rare cases — particularly during high-traffic sale periods — a product may be listed as "in stock" when it has just sold out. If this occurs, we will notify you within 1–2 business days, offer a substitute or waitlist option, and issue a full refund if no acceptable alternative is available. We are not liable for inconvenience, lost opportunities, or costs you incurred in anticipation of receiving a product that was not in stock at the time of fulfillment.

  • Website Downtime & Technical Errors

The website may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency server issues, Shopify platform outages, or DDoS attacks. We are not liable for losses arising from your inability to access our website during downtime, including missed promotional pricing windows. During extended outages, contact us at info@yourhairandwig.com and we will honor any active promotions that you were unable to access due to our system being down.

  • Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures through Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is 100% secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your data that results from a security breach outside our control, provided we have maintained reasonable security standards. We will notify affected customers promptly in the event of a confirmed data breach, in compliance with applicable US state data breach notification laws and the Canadian Digital Charter Implementation Act, 2022 (Bill C-27).

FTC Disclosures & Advertising Standards

We comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on advertising and marketing disclosures. Any influencer or affiliate partnership involving product promotion is disclosed at the point of the promotion. We do not make false or misleading claims about our products. Pricing displayed on our site reflects the actual price you will be charged at checkout, plus applicable taxes and any separately listed shipping costs, in full compliance with FTC pricing disclosure rules.

If you believe any of our advertising is deceptive, you may report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.

Promotional Countdown Timers & Urgency Messaging

Any promotional countdown timer, "limited stock" notice, or urgency-based messaging displayed on our site reflects real-time inventory and promotion data. We do not use false scarcity tactics. If a promotion is shown as expiring on a specific date, that date is accurate. If a stock count is shown, it reflects our current inventory system record. In the event of a technical error causing a timer to reset or stock count to display incorrectly, the original promotion terms will be honored for orders placed during the intended promotional window. Contact us at info@yourhairandwig.com if you believe you were affected.

Your Rights in the United States & Canada

The liability limitations in this policy are subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in each jurisdiction where you reside. The following rights cannot be waived or limited by contract.

United States

Federal and state laws that protect your rights regardless of this policy:

  • Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301): Governs written and implied warranties on consumer products. Our written product descriptions constitute a limited warranty. You have the right to warranty service even if this policy contains exclusions.

  • Florida FDUTPA (Fla. Stat. § 501.201): Florida's Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act. As a Florida-registered business, we are bound by this statute. Florida consumers have the right to sue for actual damages, attorney fees, and injunctive relief for deceptive trade practices.
  • UCC Article 2 (Uniform Commercial Code): Adopted in all US states, implies merchantability and fitness warranties into sales of goods. Our exclusion of implied warranties is effective only to the extent permitted under your state's UCC enactment.
  • Textile Fiber Products Identification Act (15 U.S.C. § 70): Requires accurate fiber content labeling on wigs and hair products containing textile fibers. Mislabeled products are covered under this Act regardless of our disclaimer.
  • Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA, 15 U.S.C. § 2051): Prohibits the sale of products subject to CPSC recalls. We actively monitor the CPSC recall database and remove recalled products within 24 hours of notification.
  • State Privacy Laws: Including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, and other enacted state privacy statutes. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Canada

Federal and provincial laws that protect your rights as a Canadian customer:

  • Competition Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-34): Prohibits deceptive marketing practices, misleading product representations, and false price advertising. Our liability for misrepresentation of product attributes cannot be excluded under this federal statute.
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario, S.O. 2002, c. 30): Provides Ontario consumers with the right to cancel internet agreements within 7 days under certain conditions, and prohibits unfair practices. Your rights under this Act are not affected by this policy.
  • Sale of Goods Act (various provinces): Implies conditions of merchantable quality, fitness for purpose, and correspondence with description in all contracts for the sale of goods. These implied conditions cannot be excluded for consumer sales under provincial law.
  • Textile Labelling Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. T-10): Requires accurate generic fiber name labeling on textile-containing hair products. Wigs and extensions sold in Canada must comply with this Act's labeling requirements.

  • Consumer Product Safety Act (S.C. 2010, c. 21): Prohibits the sale of products posing a danger to human health or safety. We actively monitor Health Canada's Recalls and Safety Alerts database and remove affected products promptly.
  • PIPEDA / Bill C-27 (Digital Charter): Federal privacy legislation governing your personal data rights. See our full Privacy Policy for PIPEDA compliance disclosures and your rights to access and correct your personal information.

Customer Indemnification & Responsibility

By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Hair And Wig, its owners, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of our Terms of Service or any of our published policies.
  • Your use or misuse of a product in a manner inconsistent with the product's intended use and the care instructions provided at the time of purchase.
  • Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information you provide during the order process, including incorrect shipping addresses, fraudulent payment details, or misrepresentation of your eligibility for a promotion.
  • Any fraudulent chargeback claim filed against us where the underlying order was legitimately fulfilled as described.
  • Unauthorized use of our website content, trademarks, product photographs, or descriptions in a manner that causes reputational or financial harm to Your Hair And Wig.

This indemnification obligation does not apply to claims arising from our own negligence, gross misconduct, or intentional wrongdoing.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Process

This Limitation of Liability Policy and all disputes arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your province or state require the application of local law.

Step 1 — Contact Us First

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at info@yourhairandwig.com or +1 (561) 810-0428 and provide us 30 days to resolve the issue. The vast majority of disputes are resolved quickly and amicably without legal proceedings.

Step 2 — Formal Dispute Venue

If your dispute cannot be resolved informally, the venue for legal proceedings shall be Palm Beach County, Florida, USA. Canadian customers retain the right to bring claims in their province of residence for matters governed by mandatory provincial consumer protection law.

Class Action Waiver (USA)

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Your Hair And Wig. This waiver does not apply where it is prohibited by mandatory law in your state.

Force Majeure — Events Beyond Our Control

Your Hair And Wig shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations arising from events genuinely outside our reasonable control.

01

Natural Disasters & Severe Weather

Hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, wildfires, severe blizzards, or other natural events that prevent shipment processing, carrier operations, or warehouse access. Florida, where we operate, is periodically affected by hurricane season (June–November). During declared weather emergencies, order processing may be delayed without liability.

02

Government Actions & Public Health Orders

Government-mandated business closures, public health emergencies, pandemics, import/export embargoes, trade sanctions, or any law or regulation that makes our performance impossible or illegal. In such cases, we will communicate proactively and offer full refunds for unfulfilled orders.

03

Carrier & Supply Chain Disruptions

Major postal or carrier strikes, port congestions, international shipping lane closures, or supply chain breakdowns caused by geopolitical events or global logistics failures. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by these systemic disruptions, but we will work to re-route or resend shipments where possible.

Our Commitment During Force Majeure Events

During any force majeure event, we will: (1) notify affected customers by email as soon as reasonably possible; (2) provide updated estimated timelines when available; (3) offer a full refund for any order that cannot be fulfilled within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date; and (4) resume normal operations as quickly as safely possible. Force majeure does not excuse us from obligations already performed — if we have dispatched your order and it is delayed by force majeure en route, our obligation is fulfilled and only the carrier's liability applies.

How This Policy May Change Over Time

Your Hair And Wig reserves the right to update this Limitation of Liability Policy at any time. Updates may be required due to changes in US or Canadian law, changes in our product catalog, changes in our shipping partners, or updates to our platform infrastructure.

When we update this policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Material changes — changes that meaningfully affect your rights or our obligations — will be communicated by email to all registered account holders and via a site-wide notice on yourhairandwig.com for a minimum of 14 days following the update.

Your continued use of our website or completion of a purchase after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not accept the changes, you must cease placing orders and contact us at info@yourhairandwig.com to discuss any outstanding orders.

Periodic Review Recommended

We recommend checking this page before placing any significant order, as this policy governs every purchase transaction. For questions about a specific policy version that was in effect at the time of a past purchase, contact us and we will provide the applicable version.
